First of all, 2.5 cups (400 g) of rice soak in 1 liter of water and 3 tablespoons of salt for 2 hours. Then do not boil 100 grams of onion and saute in 3 tablespoons (18 grams) olive oil. Slowly, chop 200 grams of raw fat meat as desired and add to the onion. After a little saute, add 100 grams of carrots with half a tablespoon (2 grams) salt and 1 teaspoon (2 g) black pepper and 1 teaspoon (2 g) of turmeric to the meat and mix all the ingredients. Bake the ingredients over low heat for 5 minutes and then add 3 tablespoons (54 g) of tomato paste, then add 200 grams of crushed green and 4 glasses of water to cook over gentle heat and add 2 grams of saffron in the last 10 minutes and 0.2 grams of saffron. It is best to dry completely after cooking the water. If the ingredients are juicy, the rice may be dough. Boil the water in the pot and pour the rice into it as desired as you boil. Pour water on the drain rice to wash the extra salt. (In mixed rice it is best to make the rice a little more alive when drainage). Pot 3 tbsp (18 g) olive oil and half a cup of water, a layer of rice and then sprinkle with a little 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) of cinnamon and a little of meat and beans. Likewise, we continue layer layer (rice, cinnamon, beans) until the whole rice is finished. We do not have to pour oil on rice because the bean pilaf material has enough oil. Put the rice that steamed under the flame pot, it takes about 45 minutes for the rice to cook and prepare.
