Preparation
To prepare the pita with chicken, first wash and peel the cucumbers (200 g), then cut them in half and then into thin strips. Also peel and slice the onion (17.5 g). Take the chicken breast (300 g) and cut it into very thin sticks. Add the salt (2 g), pepper (1 g), fresh thyme (0.5 g) and fresh rosemary (0.2 g). Heat a pan with 4 tablespoons (24 g) of olive oil and add the chicken, sautéing it over a medium heat for 10 minutes on each side, until golden. As soon as the chicken is golden, place it on a tray. Now heat 4 pieces of pita in a pan for a few minutes. While still hot, fill it with the cherry tomatoes cut in half, cucumbers, onion and parsley, and the fried chicken cut into small pieces. Season with the sauce. The pita with chicken is ready, fold it in half and enjoy it hot!
