rice recipe
Before doing anything, we thoroughly wash 3 cups (480 grams) of rice and soak in enough water with 3 tablespoons of salt for 2 hours. Then cook 180 grams of beans in a suitable container with 3 grams of salt and set aside. Boil water in a suitable pot and pour the rice into it until it boils as much as you want. Just before draining, add the cooked beans to mix with the rice and drain immediately. We pour water on the drained rice to wash off the excess salt. Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil and half a cup of water on the bottom of the pot. We pour a layer of rice and bean mixture and then a little of 23 grams of dry dill. In the same way, we pour the mixture of rice, beans and dill into the pot, and at the end, we add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, pour half a pint of water on the rice, and cook the rice for 45 minutes. Tip: If you prefer to use fresh dill instead of dried, remember to drain the rice a little earlier so that you can give the dill more time to cook when you steam it.
How to cook chicken
First, we cut 500 grams of chicken into desired size. Then we boil for 2 to 3 minutes, after that we drain and wash all the layers of fat on the chicken with water. Then, for 1 hour, we put the chicken in 100 grams of sliced onions along with 0.2 grams of infused saffron, 3 grams of salt and 15 grams of lemon juice until it tastes good, and then we fry the combination of chicken and onions in olive oil.
