First, we fry 100 grams of chopped onion with oil on low heat. Then we add tomato paste (2.5 g) to it and fry it for another 30 seconds until the tomato paste becomes raw. Next, we add salt (3 grams), pepper (1 tsp), turmeric (1 tsp) and 2.5 cups of water. When the water boils and simmers for 1 minute on low heat, we turn off the heat.

First of all, we soak 70 grams of rice and 30 grams of cobs in boiling water for 4 hours. Then mix 100 grams of grated onion with ground meat (160 grams) and add drained rice and cob to the meat and onion mixture. Next, add eggs (1), white flour (1 g) and dry vegetables (washed 1 g/mint half a g/marza 1 g) and knead well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Divide the mixture into 6 parts. We spread one part with the palm of our hands, put 2 plums inside it and round the meatball. With this amount of ingredients, 6 meatballs can be obtained, and we can put 2 plums inside each one. Note: You can also put walnuts and barberry inside the meatballs, depending on your taste.
