At first, we put 100 grams of Nagini onion and half a teaspoon (1 gram) of turmeric along with 4 tablespoons (24 grams) of olive oil in a suitable container on a low flame. When the onion becomes soft, add 100 grams of peas and 500 ml of chicken broth and let the peas cook completely. Boil 100 grams of chopped mushrooms in a container and after cooking, drain and set aside. After the peas are fully cooked, puree them with an electric blender or blender, then add the mushrooms, 10 grams of freshly chopped mint, 1 gram of salt, and half a teaspoon (1 gram) of black pepper and let it cook. Let it cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. At the end, we can decorate the soup with a little cream and mint leaves. Tip: If we use chicken broth without salt, it is necessary to double the amount of salt.
