Rice flour, white, unenriched3 Tbsp (39 gr)
Sugars, granulated5 Tbsp (40 gr)

Preparation method

Preparation method
In a suitable pot, mix 2 glasses (460 grams) of cold milk, 70 milliliters of water and 3 tablespoons (39 grams) of rice flour. We mix well until the flour is completely dissolved in the milk. Then put it on a gentle flame and stir it regularly. When it thickens, remove it from the heat. Add 5 tablespoons (40 grams) of sugar, 1 gram of cardamom and 1 tablespoon of rose water to it, stir well and put it on the heat again. When the porridge reaches the desired consistency, we take it off the heat and pour it into the desired dishes. We must remember that the porridge thickens and hardens after cooling. So, when we remove it from the flame, it should not be too thick so that it will still retain its softness after cooling down.
