How to prepare

How to prepare
In a suitable pot, mix 2 glasses (460 g) of cold milk, 70 ml of water and 3 tbsp (39 g) of rice flour. Stir well to dissolve the flour completely in the milk. Then put on a gentle flame and stir constantly. When it is thickened, we remove it from heat. Add 5 tablespoons (40 grams) of sugar, 1 gram of cardamom and 1 tablespoon of rose water and stir well and heat again. When the porridge reaches the desired concentration, we remove from the heat and pour it into the desired containers. It should be remembered that the porridge becomes thicker and firm after cooling. So when we get out of the flame, it should not be too thick to maintain its softness after cooling.
