In a suitable bowl, mix 3 raw eggs and 120 grams of granulated sugar and mix them well with a mixer or spoon until the ingredients become creamy and voluminous. After that, add 50 grams of butter. melted and we add 50 grams of liquid oil to it (unscented olive oil is used in this recipe) and mix the ingredients again for a minute until the ingredients are completely combined. Then add 200 grams of wheat flour We add 1 gram of baking powder to the ingredients and do not use the mixer anymore and mix the flour with the ingredients with a whisk, after the ingredients are completely uniform and integrated, 2 tablespoons (24 grams) of raisins and 6 (48 grams) of walnuts. Grease a cake mold (preferably 20 cm) and pour the dough into it and smooth its surface. Bake the cake in a preheated oven. We put it for 25 to 30 minutes. To make sure that the cake is ready, insert a toothpick into it. If it comes out dry and without any traces of dough, the cake is ready. Take the cake out of the oven and wait for it to cool down.
