At this stage, we take the pot out of the refrigerator and stir the ingredients slowly until the raspberries release water. Then we put the pot on medium heat for 20 minutes until the raspberry juice starts to boil around. After the sugar is completely dissolved, we reduce the heat and remove the foam on the jam with a spatula, this makes the color of the jam more transparent. After 15 minutes of boiling, add lemon juice. We add the sour cream to the jam and let it boil for another 5 minutes, then remove it from the heat and let the jam cool completely. Finally, we pour it into a jar and close the lid of the jar and put it in the refrigerator. We can eat the jam as a dessert for a snack or with bread for breakfast.
