First, dilute the curd with half a glass of boiling water, then grate the garlic into the curd with a fine grater and grate or crush 4 walnuts with a coarse grater and add to the curd. Then we set it aside to allow the flavors to blend well.

At this stage, we cut 300 grams (2 large pieces) of onion very thinly and put it in the oven and after 10 minutes the hot onion is ready. Then we roast it with dry mint and 3 spoons of olive oil in the pan, and after a few minutes, remove it from the flame and set it aside.

Grate one kilo (7 average pieces) of zucchini and 980 grams (7 average pieces) of tomatoes with a coarse grater. We put the pumpkin in a suitable container on the heat and then add the grated tomato to it. Then we add turmeric, salt, a glass of water and 6 tablespoons (48 grams) of olive oil to the ingredients. We don't stir the ingredients at all and put the lid of the pot to cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Then we add tomato paste and onion powder and mix the ingredients together. Put the lid on the container again. We mix the ingredients every 10 minutes, after half an hour if we notice that the pumpkins are not soft, we add a glass of water.  Otherwise, after 50 minutes, remove it from the heat and put it in the dish so that the curd is in the middle and the hot onion is around the food. We use the remaining 4 walnuts to decorate the food. When you mix and eat pumpkin, curd and hot onion together, you will experience a really great and enjoyable taste. You can eat this food with bread.
