First, we sift 8 tablespoons (104 grams) of flour twice, then we pour the sifted flour into a suitable pot and roast it on a low heat until the raw smell of the flour is removed. Next, we add half a can of matches (12.5 grams) of butter along with half a teaspoon (1 gram) of turmeric and half a teaspoon (1.25 grams) of cinnamon powder to the flour. Now we have to fry the flour mixture a little until it turns golden. You don't need to fry the flour too much so that it changes color completely. Next, we mix 4 glasses of water with 6 tablespoons (48 grams) of sugar, 0.5 grams of ground cardamom and 0.2 grams or 1 tablespoon of brewed saffron in another container until they become uniform. And we add the other ingredients to the pot containing the flour and keep stirring until it starts to thicken. Then we put the lid of the pot on it so that the kachi stays on a very gentle heat for about 30 minutes until it is ready. Drink!
