baking process

baking process
To cook fried fillet with minimal oil, first we wash 130 grams of raw chicken fillet. Then we divide 35 grams of raw onion into four parts and cook the fillets in water with onion and some turmeric for half an hour. On the one hand, this will eliminate the smell of chicken broth, and on the other hand, less oil will be used during frying. We cook 25 grams of raw mushrooms properly in water for ten minutes. Then break 1 egg in a bowl and mix it well with a fork until it becomes curdled. Spices including pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika are combined with breadcrumbs and mixed well. First dip the cooked chicken fillet in the egg and then put it in the breadcrumb mixture so that the breadcrumbs completely cover the surface of the chicken. In the same way, we put the mushrooms first in the egg and then in the breadcrumb mixture. We pour the oil in the desired container and let the oil heat up. Then we fry the chicken fillet and mushrooms in oil until all the parts are fried well. We now have fillets and fried mushrooms with minimal oil. Nosh Jan
