baking process
First, we season 130 grams of washed raw chicken breast with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and turmeric and mix well. Then we cut 70 grams of raw onion and fry it in a pan with oil until it turns golden. Then we add the seasoned chicken pieces to the onion and continue roasting on a low flame until the color of the chicken fillet changes. We add 100 grams of sliced raw mushrooms to the chicken and onion mixture. We roast on a gentle flame until the mushroom is watery. This helps the food to be tasty. Then we add 18 grams of sliced raw bell pepper and slowly stir the ingredients. Then we fry 1 tablespoon of tomato paste in another pan on low heat until the paste turns raw and thins a little. Then add it to the chicken and mushroom pan and mix slowly. Then add the oyster powder and close the lid of the container until the ingredients are completely cooked on a gentle flame and the flavors are mixed together. When the ingredients fall into the oil, we turn off the flame. Our food is ready, enjoy!
