Prepare the burgers

Prepare the burgers
To prepare the turkey burgers, start by chopping the aromatic herbs: rosemary and thyme. In a bowl, combine 600 g of minced meat with salt, pepper and oregano. Mix all the ingredients by hand and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the cucumbers and slice them. Next, rinse the fresh parsley thoroughly to remove any soil residue. Finally, wash the tomato and onion and cut them in half. Move on to the composition of the burgers: take the minced meat from the refrigerator and place it inside an 11 cm circular pastry cutter, placed on a sheet of baking paper. Use the back of a spoon to level the surface and make it smooth, then brush each burger with a little oil. Place the meat burgers on the pan and, after 15 minutes of cooking, you can turn them using a spatula to cook them on the other side for the same amount of time. Cover with a lid and leave to cook until the water boils. If you want a very hot and slightly toasted sandwich, cut the bread into two parts and place them on the still hot pan, leaving them to go for a few minutes, until the base becomes crispy. Place a medallion of meat on the bread and close with the other half, and your turkey burgers will be ready to be enjoyed while still very hot!
