First set the oven to 2 degrees to warm up. Spread the oil in the oven tray and cut 1 (240 grams) of the large zucchini with a thickness of about two centimeters into a ring and place on the tray. In the pan, 220 grams of tomatoes with half a tablespoon (3 g) of olive oil slightly sauté to make it soft and nymph. Add salt and black pepper and some thyme and mix. Then pour a tablespoon of tomato sauce over each crusade. Cut the Mozarella cheese in small rectangular pieces and place a cheese on each of the pumpkin and then grated Parmesan cheese and the remaining thyme powder over it and place in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pumpkin is cooked. Then remove from the oven and serve it in a suitable container.
