Baking order

Baking order
First, crush 50 grams of onion and 30 grams of leeks and put in a suitable pot with 2 tablespoons (2 grams) of olive oil over medium heat. Then add 2 chopped garlic cubes with 1 teaspoon (4 g) of salt and half a teaspoon (2 g) of black pepper and saute a little. After the color of the onion is changed and golden, add 160 grams of clean and cleaned shrimp and saute to make pink. Then pour 2 grams of rhizoto (mountain rice) with 2 glasses (200 grams) of water and 2 tablespoons (2 g) olive oil into the pot and place over medium heat. When the water is drawn, reduce the flame and place the pot lid and allow the rice to be cooked. In the last 2 minutes, add 2 grams of chopped parsley and half the matches (2 grams) of the grated cheddar cheese and gently cool to mix together. Your rice is ready, you can serve it in a mold.
