First, we cut 50 grams of onion and 30 grams of leek into wedges and put them in a suitable pot with 1 tablespoon (6 grams) of olive oil on low heat. Then we add 1 clove of chopped garlic along with 1 teaspoon (4 grams) of salt and half a teaspoon (1 gram) of black pepper and fry it a little. After the color of the onion changes and becomes golden, add 160 grams of clean and cleaned shrimp to it and fry until it turns pink. Then pour 100 grams of washed risotto (mountain rice) with 1 glass (200 grams) of water and 1 tablespoon (6 grams) of olive oil into the pot and put it on medium heat. When the water is drained, reduce the flame and cover the pot and let the rice cook. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, add 4 grams of chopped parsley and half a can of matches (15 grams) of grated cheddar cheese to the ingredients and stir it gently until they are mixed together.
