Preparation method

Preparation method
First, cut 100 grams of raw chicken breast into cubes or thin strips. Then put them in a deep dish and season with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 0.5 grams of black pepper, 1 gram of salt, 0.5 grams of thyme and 1 gram of garlic powder. It is better to wait for about 1 hour until the pieces of chicken breast are seasoned. Then fry the seasoned chicken breast in a suitable pan and set aside. Wash and chop the mushrooms. In a suitable pan, fry the mushrooms on high heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 0.5 grams of black pepper and 1 gram of salt. The gas flame must be high so that the mushrooms do not leak water. When the mushroom juice is drained, put it aside. Boil 2 glasses of water in a suitable pot. When the water boils, add 2 grams of salt and cook 110 grams of penne pasta with 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a low flame. In this method, the pasta will not be drained to obtain a soft texture. Then add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir a little to mix with the pasta. In the meantime, prepare the Alfredo sauce. To prepare alfredo sauce, melt 15 grams of butter in a pan over low heat, add grated garlic and fry a little. Mix cream and milk together and add to this mixture. Add all the spices and mix together. Finally, add chopped parsley to this mixture. Pay attention that when preparing the flame sauce, it should be very mild and the sauce should be stirred constantly. Next, add the pasta, mushrooms and roasted chicken to the alfredo sauce mixture and mix gently. It is better to eat Alfredo pasta warm due to the presence of cream. Note: The pasta should not be too soft and crumbly. The flame should be adjusted so that at the end we have a soft but consistent pasta.
