Steps of chicken and rice baking

Steps of chicken and rice baking
First, put 2 tablespoons (30 grams) of olive oil in a suitable pan over a gentle heat, the oil that is hot, sauté in the chicken breast. When the chicken is golden, add 3 grams of salt and 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of turmeric, saute a little more. Then add 1.5 glasses of water. Reduces the heat that boils and place under the flame pan and allow the chicken to cook very gentle heat. After half an hour, when the chicken is cooked, we brew 0.2 grams of saffron and add 10 grams of lemon juice and allow the chicken to cook completely. Chicken juice should not be completely dry because we need about half a glass of chicken extract to prepare sauce. After these steps we will drain 3 cups (480 grams) of raw rice. We need 2 tablespoons (18 grams) of olive oil to brew rice.

Preparation of sauce

Preparation of sauce
To prepare a sauce in a relatively small container 1 tablespoon (6 grams) of olive oil and 10 grams of butter over medium heat, 2 medium cubes (6 grams) garlic and 100 grams of onion in oil and butter. Then add 2 tablespoons (36 grams) of tomato paste. When the paste is fried, add half a teaspoon (1 g) of black pepper with 100 grams of chicken extract and half a cup of water. Reduce the flame completely and allow it to boil to thicken properly. Then remove the sauce from the flame and set aside.

Last stage
To prepare a mixture of barberry in a suitable container 1 tablespoon (6 grams) of olive oil over medium heat. Add 65 grams of barberry oil and saute very quickly and short. Add 1.5 tbsp (12 g) of white sugar while baking. The sugar, which is melted, add 0.1 grams of saffron with a tablespoon of water to the barberry and continue stirring to finish the saute. We have to note that the time of baking should be short until the barberry does not burn.
