To cook Mirza Ghasemi, first pour 6 tablespoons (36 grams) of olive oil in a pan. Then we fry 120 grams of raw onion and 2 cloves of medium garlic (6 grams) with a gentle flame. Then we add the tomatoes to it and stir it regularly so that it does not stick until the tomatoes cook.
