Preparation method

Preparation method
200 grams of beans wet the night before. Remove the bean juice and boil in new water for 5 minutes. Re -pour the water and cooked again in the new water for 2 hours over medium heat. The beans that are slightly softened 1 teaspoon (4 g) salt, 1 teaspoon (2 g) black pepper, and half a teaspoon (1 g) black cumin, half a teaspoon (1 g) cumin and 6 grams of tomato paste. In the last 2 hours, 90 grams of raw mushrooms should be added and 100 grams of raw potatoes in the last half hour. If the bean feed does not have enough glaze, you can remove some beans and potatoes from the pot and crush with the meat and add it to the pot again. Then chop 20 grams of raw onion and saute and add hot onion in the last 10 minutes. When the ingredients are well baked and you feel enough water, the bean feed is ready. (I mean half a liter of water in the ingredients, the water that remains at the end of the baking, the water required for the baking process depends on the bean)]
