First, one tablespoon (18 grams) of tomato paste is fried with one tablespoon (6 grams) of oil, then we cut 40 grams of small raw onions and add them to it so that they are slightly fried together. Now we flavor 3 raw chicken legs equal to 340 grams with saffron and leave for 10 minutes. Then put them in the paste and onion pot and add 0.5 grams of salt and 0.3 grams of black pepper. Add a glass of water to a little that was fried together and lower the flame so that the chicken cooks slowly. It takes about an hour and a half to cook the chicken completely.
