recipe
First, in a suitable pot, we fry 30 grams of raw Nagini onion with 3 tablespoons of oil. When the onion becomes soft, add 260 grams of raw lamb and turmeric. We add water to the raw meat and let it cook on a gentle flame. After the meat is half cooked, add salt and pepper and wait until the meat is fully cooked. In the meantime, we soak the plums and fry 280 grams of spinach with the rest of the oil, the roasting should not take too long. When the meat is completely cooked, we add the spinach and plums. About half an hour is needed for the spinach to glaze and the plums to cook. After that the stew is ready.
