Ash recipe

Ash recipe
First, we put 3 tablespoons (18 grams) of olive oil in a suitable pot on a low flame, when the oil is heated, we add 100 grams of precious onions, the onions that become golden, 1 medium clove (3 grams) of minced garlic, Add half a teaspoon (2 grams) of salt, 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of pepper, 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of turmeric and 1.5 grams of coriander seeds and a little more. We fry. After that, we add one liter of water, 70 grams of lentils and 70 grams of mung beans that we have already washed to the pot. When the water boils, we reduce the flame until it boils and cooks. About half an hour after the lentils and mung beans are half cooked, we add 10 grams of chopped mint and 120 grams of Nagini potatoes and let it cook completely. If after cooking the ingredients and measuring the amount of water, the soup still does not have a good glaze, we can remove some beans and potatoes from the pot and mash them in a container and return them to the pot. This gives a good glaze to the soup. Finally, if you wish, we can add a little fresh lemon juice to the soup.
