First, pour a pan of butter and about 20 grams of sugar and put it on a very low heat until the sugar melts and caramelizes. (Don't stir it, it will harden the sugar, just shake the pan to mix it up). Then we cut the apples into slices and put them on the bottom of the pan. In a separate container, we first sift the flour several times until it becomes uniform and air enters the texture of the flour. Then add the milk to the flour and stir until it is completely dissolved in the milk. We add the remaining sugar, eggs and oil and mix completely until the ingredients are uniform. Then we slowly pour the ingredients on the apples and cover the pan until the brain cake is cooked. We insert a toothpick into the cake texture, if the ingredients do not stick to it, the cake is ready. The top of the ingredients can be decorated with chopped walnuts. Drink with Iranian tea and enjoy.
