First, we chop half a kilo of raw peeled potatoes and cook them with some water. After the potato is cooked, drain it and make a puree with butter, chopped dill, half a teaspoon (2 grams) of salt, 0.5 grams of pepper and 20 grams of grated cheese. In the next step, to make Mix the sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, coriander seed powder, and 0.5 grams of pepper, mix and set aside. We spread the potato puree that we prepared in advance, completely on the bottom of the dish that we want to put in the oven. Then pour the tomato sauce on the potatoes. Now it's time to prepare the meat. In another container, we mix 500 grams of minced meat with powdered baguette bread (which has already been dried on heat) and then we grate 200 grams of onion and add it to the meat. Then add 1 raw egg, chopped oregano and parsley, half a teaspoon (2 grams) of salt, half a teaspoon (1 gram) of pepper, paprika powder and garlic powder and knead the ingredients well. In a pan, fry 48 grams of chopped mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add to the meat and mix the ingredients completely until it is uniform. Now we cut the meat mixture into medium balls and put it on tomato sauce and put it in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Then take the dish out of the oven and pour the remaining cheese on the meat and put it in the oven again for 15 minutes. Drink and enjoy.
