Help yourself with the back of a spoon to level the surface and make it smooth, then brush each hamburger with a little oil. Arrange the meat hamburgers on the pot and, after 15 minutes of cooking, you can turn them helping with a shovel to cook them on the other side for the same time. Cover with a lid and cook until the water boils.
