We mix 1 raw egg, lukewarm milk and salt. Add the flour little by little while sifting and stir regularly. When the dough becomes like porridge, add instant yeast and mix. Then we add oil and continue adding flour until a soft dough is obtained and does not stick to the hands. Note that mixing the flour with the ingredients should be done carefully so that the dough does not form lumps. Then we cover the dough with a clean nylon cloth and allow it to rest for 45 minutes until the volume of the dough doubles.

We pour 50 grams of sesame oil in the pan and put it on a gentle flame. When the oil is heated, we add 150 grams of raw Nagini onion and stir regularly. When the onion turns golden, add 300 grams of minced mutton and stir regularly until the pieces of meat are completely separated and become small pieces. Add 90 grams of tomato paste to the meat and onion, which were roasted a little and turned out to be raw, and mix well. Then add salt and pepper, 120 grams of raw Nagini carrots, 180 grams of raw Nagini bell peppers, and 250 grams of raw Nagini mushrooms to our mixture, and finally add thyme, cloves, and nutmeg. In order for this mixture to be fully cooked, at the end, we add half a glass of water to it and put the lid on the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes on a gentle flame. It should be noted that in the end, our meat ingredients must be completely without water.
