Preparation of sauce

First, dilute the whey with half a cup of boiling water, then grant the garlic into the curd with a fine grated and crush 2 walnuts with coarse grate and add to the curd. Then put it aside so that the flavors are well combined.

At this point, cut 2 grams (2 large) onion too narrow and place it in the oven and after 5 minutes hot onion is ready. Then bake with dry mint and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and remove it from the flame for a few minutes.

One kilo (1 average) pumpkin and 2 g (2 medium) grabs tomatoes with coarse grated. Put the pumpkin in a suitable container on the heat and then add the grated tomatoes. Then add turmeric, salt, a cup of water and 6 pounds (48 g) of olive oil to the ingredients. We do not stir the ingredients at all and put the pot lid to cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and onion powder and mix the ingredients. Put the lid again. Mix the ingredients every 5 minutes, after half an hour, if we find that the pumpkin is not softened, add a cup of water.  Otherwise, remove it from heat after 5 minutes and pour into the container so that the curd is in the middle and hot onion around the feed. We use the remaining 2 walnuts to decorate the food. When you mix and eat hot onions, curd and onions, you will really experience a great and enjoyable taste. You can serve this feed with bread.
