First wash 80 grams of mung bean and soak in enough water for 4 hours. During this time, we change the water several times to eliminate it. Then put the mung bean in a suitable container with water and cook and then set aside. Note: To get bloated beans, you can cut a number of cucumbers when baking. When the boiling water comes, the cucumber becomes cooked a little later. Remove it from the pot before it is lined.

First wash 2.5 cups (400 grams) of rice well and then pour into a suitable container and add enough water. (For each cup of rice, one and a half cups of water is needed). Then add 1 teaspoon of salt and place over high heat until the water is boiled. After boiling, adjust the heat to the medium. Then add 50 grams of chopped, add 2 tablespoons (12 grams) of oil and mung bean, gently mix and wait until the rice juice is finished. After the rice is finished, we collect it in the middle of the container in a conical form, making a few holes on the rice with the end of a tablespoon. Put the lid of the container on it and wait for the container to steam in the pan for 2 to 5 minutes and then reduce the heat until the rice is completely mild.

In the last 5 minutes of baking, we can add 60 grams of cherry tomatoes. After 2 hours, put the turkey's thigh into the desired container and serve with rice.
