How to prepare pasta (undrained)

How to prepare pasta (undrained)
We put a pot of water on the heat until the water reaches the boiling point. Then we pour 200 grams of dry pasta along with 1 teaspoon (4 grams) of salt into boiling water and let the pasta soften and cook on medium heat. Note: In this method, we do not drain the pasta and let the water evaporate. Therefore, 800 ml of water is needed for every 100 grams of dry pasta. When the water in the pot is half a glass, add 2 tablespoons (12 grams) of olive oil. After 5 minutes, the pasta is ready, we remove it from the heat.

Preparation of pasta ingredients

Preparation of pasta ingredients
First, clean 192 grams of shrimp well, wash it well and put it in a colander to remove excess water, then dry it well with a paper towel and put it in a bowl. Mix it with 1 tablespoon (6 grams) of olive oil, half a teaspoon (2 grams) of salt, 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of black pepper, and two cloves (6 grams) of garlic to taste. It is better to put it in the refrigerator for half an hour so that the flavors are well combined. Then we put it in a suitable pan on a gentle heat and fry it a little. Note: Be careful not to fry the shrimp for too long, otherwise it will become rubbery. Next, we wash and chop 186 grams of mushrooms. Fry it in a pan with 1 tablespoon (6 grams) of olive oil on high heat until the mushroom juice is drained. Then we add the shrimp to the pan and remove from the heat after frying a little. Then add half (20 grams) of grated parmesan cheese and 2 grams of chopped fresh basil to the pasta. Put the lid of the pot on it and put it on a low heat for 5 minutes. At the end, put a little parmesan cheese and basil leaves on the pasta and serve.
