preparation

preparation
First, we thoroughly mix milk, sugar, corn starch, cream and cocoa powder in a suitable container. In a separate container, beat the egg yolks well with a fork until they become lumpy, and then add them to the ingredients. Then we pour the ingredients into the pot and put it on a gentle flame and keep stirring until it reaches the right consistency (similar to porridge). Then remove from heat and add chocolate and butter and stir well until chocolate and butter are completely melted and the ingredients are uniform. Then we set it aside to cool down a bit. Pour into the desired serving dish. At this stage, we put the dishes in the refrigerator for two hours so that the desserts take hold and harden. Finally, we take the desserts out of the refrigerator, then decorate them with pistachio powder or other ingredients and serve. Drink!
