Preparation

Preparation
First set the oven to 2 degrees to warm up. Cut 260 grams of raw chicken and place on the oven tray. In a bowl of soy sauce, mix thoroughly with vinegar, chopped garlic and white and red pepper with sesame oil. With a brush, we spread about 2 tablespoons of these ingredients on the chicken surface and then put in the oven for 5 minutes. Then remove from the oven and soak the other side of the chicken with a brush into the mixture and put in the oven for 12 minutes. Then add the honey to the remaining mixture of sauce, and at the same time dissolve the corn starch in the water and pour in a pan with the sauce and stir over the flame to thicken.
