Preparation

Preparation
First, we set the oven to 200 degrees to heat it up. Cut 260 grams of raw chicken and place it on the oven tray. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, chopped garlic, white and red pepper with sesame oil. We spread about 5 spoons of these ingredients on the surface of the chicken with a brush and then put it in the oven for 12 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and dip the other side of the chicken in the mixture with a brush and put it in the oven again for 12 minutes. Then we add honey to the rest of the sauce mixture, and at the same time, we dissolve corn starch in water and put it in a pan along with the sauce and stir it on a gentle flame until the ingredients thicken. Cut 60 grams of raw broccoli and 88 grams of raw zucchini into desired pieces and mix with some salt and olive oil. We take out the oven tray and apply honey sauce on the chickens with a brush. We put broccoli and pumpkin on the oven tray and put it in the oven again for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and brush the other side with honey sauce and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes and serve it with 1 cup (160 grams) of raw rice that we cooked and a mixture of vegetables and chopped chives in the desired dish. Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce and dry sesame on the chicken.
