Preparation
To begin, heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan. At this point add the spinach (500 g) well washed and squeezed and mix continuously for a few minutes, always over medium heat. Now chop the walnuts and thyme together with the salt and pepper, add them to the yogurt in a separate bowl, then pour the spinach over the yogurt. Your Greek spinach is ready to serve, perfect as a side dish or as an appetizing appetizer!
