cooking method

cooking method
First, we cut 1 kilo of cleaned and washed aggregate into strips. Pour 1 liter of water and 10 grams of baking soda in a bowl and put the pebbles in it and let it stay in the water for half an hour. Next, slice 100 grams of onion and fry it along with 2 cloves of medium garlic (6 grams). Then we remove the pebbles from the water and baking soda solution and wash them under water. Then we pour 3 tbsp of canola oil in the pan and fry the pebbles with a medium clove of garlic (3 grams), salt and pepper. Then add some water to it and close the lid. In another container, put 280 grams of pureed raw tomatoes on medium heat and finely chop a medium raw bell pepper (108 grams) and 10 grams of fresh red pepper and add them to the tomatoes. When the water from the stone is drained, add the mustard sauce and stir. Then we add the mixture of tomato puree and bell pepper, red pepper that has thickened a little, and oregano and fry a little more. At the end, add roasted garlic and onion and close the lid of the container until the ingredients are completely cooked. Tasty and affordable food that you can eat with bread or rice.
